TIM-BR MART LAUNCHES NEW MEDIA CAMPAIGN
May 7, 2012 (Calgary, AB) – TIM-BR MART has launched a national new marketing campaign using the brand platform, “You can do anything,” beginning this month.
The campaign’s message endeavours to inform consumers that TIM-BR MART has knowledgeable staff and quality products to aid them with their project, making TIM-BR MART top of mind with homeowners for home improvement and renovations. The advice TIM-BR MART team members give will help consumers go from thinking, “I want to do that” to knowing “I can do that.”
“Our goal is to build awareness among consumers that TIM-BR MART can help them build their dreams,” said Jon Irwin, VP of Retail Services. "With the helpful guidance of their local TIM-BR MART, their only limit is their imagination.”
This will be one of the largest media campaigns in TIM-BR MART’s history. The brand positioning will be supported by national television and radio advertising, print ads, in-store POP and a consumer website. TIM-BR MART developed this initiative with their agency of record, Revolve.
In operation since 1967, TIM-BR MART represents more than 740 Dealer locations across Canada, over $2 billion in annual purchases and over $3.4 billion in retail sales. TIM-BR MART’s focus is to be the buying group of choice for independent retailers, commercial dealers and manufacturers in Canada by combining their volume and purchasing at the lowest cost, understanding the needs of their Dealers, and offering a menu of value-added services.
